Doodle Art by - Ishu Sharma

The Artist's Voice: "I started doodling when I didn't even know what I drew  was called a doodle; for me, it was just drawing random patterns. It didn't require much effort or attention: I could listen to the teacher talk about electro magnetic field while I was drawing patterns on the last few pages of my physics notebook. But as happens with most of the things, when school ended, this too stopped. I would draw when I had to (for projects and activities) but it wasn't like before. After 5 years, I surprisingly, started again. I love colors and being surrounded with colors. So, when I saw the plain white walls of my hostel room, out of boredom, I decided that by the time I leave the MBA college, one wall of my room would be filled with colors. I couldn't paint the walls as it was against the rules, so I started doodling and pasting the doodles on the wall. Although the objective was to cover the wall with colors, I started enjoying the process. I realized how...
Cook's thoughts: "Hi guys I am Pragya from Kolkata.  I love wearing / making jewellery ( I used to that for myself for quite sometime but then I started doing it for others ) and eating food - the obvious reasons that helped me develop my own Jewellery start-up - @olonkar ( since 2018 ) and my food blog - @foodie_pragya ( since 2020 ). Dance Monkey( Acoustic version) by - Adrija Saha

Her Voice: " I've never been really into music until I started humming a song out of nowhere and it changed my outlook towards life. I've been into various genres and it's surprising to see how even local music seems interesting to me over the pop and the blues.  I have particularly chosen this song, because of the soothing music it embraces us with, which I like more than the actual version. I am into all kind of genres, which sometimes makes it difficult for me to choose as to which song to cover, because to be honest, that what music makes you do, makes you fall into a trap of some magical confusion, about what music to play and which song to sing or hum, when you feel like. I've been singing on occasions where the sole determinant was my mood. But well, it didn't turn out to be a nightmare, though! I've been into some music instruments too which makes me embrace it even more. Music, keeps me sane. It definitely keeps me going, if not perfect.  This lock...

Art by - Srishti Bansal

Artist's Voice: "While my undergraduate degree is in Commerce, I have always identified myself as an artist. Subsequently, I have presented my work in several small venues. Most notably, I presented at Galerie Metanoia in Paris, and the Delhi Lalit Kala Academy. Art is an avenue for me to stay creative and connected which is why I try to paint the inside out. I embrace my zeal to unravel the marvelous connect that we all have with ourselves and the world. There is a continuous need to search deeper within myself, which has led me through a wonderful journey of self-expression and finding my reality beyond what society or circumstances impose. I do not paint what I see, but what I feel. Sometimes, I use my fingers to paint. It helps me connect better with my artwork. There is no specific method that I deploy to this apparent madness on canvas. I am led by the language of my paints, of my own pains, of the process of painting, and everything else in between. For me, it is not ...

Delicious Cuisine by - Pragya Barla

The cook's words: "Hello, My name is Pragya Barla.  I’m creative, sensitive, optimistic and  a Gemini. Diagnosed with minor OCD I am sometimes very annoying when it comes to perfection.  My interests involves a lot of things: Dancing, which I wholeheartedly love. Mandala art, I really thought at one point that I should make jewelry designing my career. Lastly, cooking.  My interest in cooking / baking started pretty early on but I never really focused on it as much. As time passed by and I was finally baking soft sponge cakes and binge watched culinary shows on TV, posted few random stories on Instagram, my friends pushed me to open own Food Blog page on Instagram. So I did and I randomly named it mealmood_ because that is what defines my page. I make meals according to what mood I’m in. I did not open my page to create a brand as such but just to share what I love and enjoy doing. I still work very hard on it and will not mind at all if my page blows up. It’s the pl...
